I’ve worked in the British film industry for over twenty years, starting out in Scotland as a Camera trainee. During this time I’ve been lucky enough to work consistently on some of the biggest British Film and TV releases in all grades in the Camera Dept. I have been a Camera / Steadicam Operator since 2001, I own a full Steadicam rig and a fluid head. Based in Hampshire, England, I’m one hour from London, two hours from Cardiff and still have a base in Scotland.

I firmly believe in the role of the Camera Operator as a key and creative force within a film crew, someone who can save both time and money for the production. Bringing to the screen the visual style that both the Director and DOP want to achieve, we strive to adapt to the narrative that we are asked to follow while combining our own creativity of course.
